Breathe in, exhale out

I was told that our new superintendent has recently said, "It is not a child's fault when he fails. It is the teacher's."

    And you know...he's right. In that mixed-up fantasy world where there are perfect children, perfect parents, and perfect situations, that is. Otherwise, he might need to lay off whatever he's been smoking. He ain't in CA anymore.
